a restorative practice involving breath-work,
postures, relaxation and meditation.

SOUND HEALING

Sound travels better in water than in air – and our
bodies are made of 70% water. The vibrations and
frequencies created during Sound Healing
balance the body, relieve pain, boost the
immune system, aid with anxiety and
improve sleep among many other benefits.

Intimate Yoga, followed by Sound Healing and Meditation. There is an opportunity for Q & A afterwards.

WHAT TO BRING

Yoga mat Wear warm, comfortable clothing Water bottle Blanket and socks Pillow (optional)
