FEES, REBATES & POLICIES
These rates are effective 01/09/2023. Payment in full is required on the day. No BULK Billing
available. Medicare rebates available for eligible clients on Mental Health or Chronic Disease Care Plans.
Health Care Funds: Please contact your health care provider to obtain information about your rebate for services with your practitioner. A tax receipt will be provided to you at the end of your session to claim your rebate with your health care fund.
Medicare: Psychologists, Occupational Therapists & Speech Pathologists at the centre are Medicare registered. You will be required to provide us with your Medicare, bank account and credit card details upon your initial booking with us. A deposit of $100 will be taken to secure your first appointment. At the end of your first session, you will be required to pay the balance. For clients who have a Mental Health Care Plan, we will process your Medicare rebate into your nominated bank account for up to 6 visits per calendar year. There is a gap fee with all practitioners as Medicare does not cover all the fees.
We welcome NDIS clients who are either plan managed or self managed. Unfortunately we are unable to provide services to agency managed clients as we are not a registered provider of the NDIA. Billing for NDIS is separate for session time, report writing, session notes and travel. Please discuss payment with the administrators and/or your therapists.
Upon booking your appointment, credit card details and a deposit of $100 will be taken to secure your appointment.
A full session fee will be charged if you do not attend your appointment and do not provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged if you provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Due to the high demand for therapy services, we would encourage you to contact us to make appointment changes, as the appointment can be offered to others on our waiting list. We appreciate your support with this.
