What the times mean
First session: 60 minutes with you, plus 30 minutes of file review and therapy planning.
Session: 50 minutes with you, plus 10 minutes of notes.
The Medicare rebate comes off your fee. You pay the gap. We are not a bulk-billing practice. A 10% surcharge applies to Saturday appointments.
Cancelling a session.
48 hours means 2 full business days. Example: for a Monday session, tell us by the end of the Wednesday before.
No charge
You can cancel or move your session for free. We can also offer to move it online.

$100, not refundable
The deposit that holds your first session is not refunded, even with 48 hours notice.
To cancel or move a session, call (08) 9524 6491, email [email protected], or reply to your reminder text. Some work is charged in 15-minute blocks: summaries for other providers, emails, resources made for you, and case conferences within our integrative team (per therapist).
Using Medicare.
See your GP
Ask your general practitioner (GP) for a Mental Health Treatment Plan. It covers up to 10 sessions each calendar year, in person or online.
First six sessions
Your GP refers you for six sessions. We update your GP around session five or six.
GP review
Your GP reviews your plan. They can refer you for up to four more sessions.
On the day
Your referral must be in place by the day of your session. Then we process your rebate.
Clinical psychologist
$149.05 rebate per standard session.
Psychologist
$101.50 rebate per standard session.
Occupational therapist
$60.00 rebate per standard session.
Rebates shown are for 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Psychiatrists and paediatricians can refer you directly with a signed letter, with no plan needed. You can also pay privately without a referral. Medicare questions and answers (PDF)
Before you book.
Your details
We ask for your Medicare card and a payment card when you book.
Deposit
A $100 deposit secures your first appointment. It is not refundable.
On the day
You pay the balance when you check in.
Who pays?
There are many ways to fund your sessions. Our care team can check what applies to you before you book.
Private
You pay the full fee on the day. No referral needed.
Medicare
Your referral must be in place on or before the day of your session. Then you pay on the day and get your rebate back.
Private health
You claim directly from your health fund. Use our HICAPS machine on the day, or claim later with your receipt.
NDIS
Self-managed: you pay on the day and claim. Plan-managed: we invoice your plan manager. We cannot see agency-managed clients.
Veterans
The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) can pay for sessions for eligible veterans. Ask us how to set this up.
ADF members
The Australian Defence Force (ADF) can pay for sessions for serving members, with a Defence referral.
WorkCover WA
If you have a workers compensation claim, the insurer can pay. We need a referral letter from your GP, or your insurance claim details.
