About
Community has always been at the heart of what I do. With a background in business, event coordination, and volunteer work, I naturally thrive in spaces that bring people together. I’m deeply connected to many local groups and businesses, and I’m passionate about using those connections to support our community’s growth—particularly around the area of mental health. My experience working with children and families has shown me the profound impact that supportive, inclusive environments can have. That’s why I’m committed to creating welcoming spaces where both mental health professionals and community members can connect, learn, and grow together.
I value the ongoing opportunities for professional development, not only for myself but for everyone involved. Each monthly Mental Health Professional Network session offers fresh insights—from expert speakers to shared resources—making a real difference in how we approach mental health in our region. Personally, I’ve gained so much through these experiences, both professionally and personally.

I’m a proud member of the ‘Mind the Walk’ working committee, helping to organise annual events that promote mental health awareness through education, resources, and community support.
