Yulia looks after the gardens at our clinics, and they do a quiet kind of work for us. The walk from the car to the front door matters more than people expect. Something green, something in blossom, something alive to look at can take the edge off a nervous first appointment, and the outdoor space is where more than one conversation has been easier than it would have been indoors.
