Wendy is a warm, collaborative psychologist with more than 30 years of experience. She works with young people, teens and adults across parent-child attachment, ADHD, autism, PDA (a persistent drive for autonomy), school distress, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout and adjustment. Wendy has a particular interest in women’s mental health through perimenopause and menopause – a stage that is routinely missed or misread, and more so again in women who are late-diagnosed autistic or ADHD. She draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, CBT and Collaborative Proactive Solutions, and works in a person-centred, attachment-informed way.
