Kelly Harry

Kelly has extensive experience as a professional counsellor in mental health, families, child protection concerns, Veterans’ Services, and trauma recovery. She works with children, adolescents and adults in a neurodiversity‑affirming way, with particular interest in depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation, ADHD, and autism. She works from a person‑centred, values‑based, and strengths‑based approach, drawing on CBT, trauma‑informed care, attachment theory, schema therapy, and image rescripting.

Something fun

Kelly loves reading and has way too many books in her personal library, not only that, she loves all things art! Kelly also has a love of dogs and spends lots of time being cuddled (or crushed) on the couch with her near 40kg baby!
