Marie Schweizer

Marie is in the final stages of her Clinical Psychology degree. Marie is passionate about supporting clients through a warm, collaborative, and person-centred approach. She works with a range of clients, from neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing personality-related difficulties, anxiety, depression, burnout to overall challenges of life. Marie creates a safe, validating, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. Using evidence-based frameworks, she helps clients build insight, coping strategies, wellbeing, and self compassion, bringing an open and a curious approach to each person’s unique journey.

Something fun

Outside of the therapy room, Marie has developed a love for running. Marie enjoys spending time with her two children, watching them play sports and diving into lots of reading for her ongoing studies which is due to be completed this year!

  • Currently in Year 6 of the Masters of Psychology (Clinical)
  • Graduate of Psychology (Advanced)
  • Certificates in: Preventing Dementia
  • Being Trauma Responsive
  • Understanding Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Functional Diagnostic Medicine
