Wendy is a warm, collaborative psychologist with more than 30 years of experience. She works with young people, teens and adults across parent-child attachment, ADHD, autism, PDA (a personal drive for autonomy), school distress, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout and adjustment. Wendy has a particular interest in women’s mental health through perimenopause and menopause – a stage that is routinely missed or misread, and more so again in women who are late-diagnosed autistic or ADHD. She draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, CBT and Collaborative Proactive Solutions, and works in a person-centred, attachment-informed way.

Something fun
Wendy is happiest outdoors – bushwalking, taking photographs, and catching up with family and friends. Her own philosophy sits underneath her work: that life is about learning to connect with yourself and with others, and finding your place in the world – and, for those who are faith-based, with a higher power.
