Connections WA Team

Shana is our Finance Coordinator at Connections WA, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the practice. She manages accounts, billing, invoicing, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial processes across the organisation. With a strong background in practice management, Shana plays a key role in maintaining efficient systems that support both our clinical team and the families we serve. Having lived in the Rockingham area since 2016, she also brings valuable local knowledge and established relationships within the local healthcare community. Shana’s attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to integrity make her an integral part of the Connections WA team.

Jackie is Connections WA events and the Mental Health Professionals Network Facilitator. Community has always been at the heart of what Jackie does. With a background in business, event coordination, and volunteer work, she naturally thrives in spaces that bring people together. Jackie, is deeply connected to many local groups and businesses, and is passionate about using those connections to support the community’s growth—particularly around the area of mental health. Her experience working with children and families has shown her the profound impact that supportive, inclusive environments can have. That’s why she is committed to creating welcoming spaces where both mental health professionals and community members can connect, learn, and grow together.

Jackie, values the ongoing opportunities for professional development, not only for herself but for everyone involved. Each monthly Mental Health Professional Network session offers fresh insights—from expert speakers to shared resources—making a real difference in how the community approaches mental health in the region. She has gained tremendously through these experiences, both professionally and personally.
